Qigong self practice is an hour of easy to follow standing qigong form lead by Karen. Using gentle movements we harmonize and balance our personal fields, tan tiens, deep pathways, meridians, and organs. Bringing these aspects of ourselves into harmony boosts vitality, balances emotions, and improves concentration. No experience is necessary. During Inner Alchemy we will sit, usually quietly, sometimes chanting, and let our movement be on the inside as we use our minds to guide the chi through various inner alchemy practices. These practices restore balance, harmony, and health to the energy body, organs, emotions, and thoughts. What I need from you? I need to know the day before if you are coming. The class size is limited so first come first served and if I need to, I will build a waiting list. This advance notice ensures an actual physical seat in the room for you.
