Qigong self practice is an hour of easy to follow standing qigong form lead by Karen. Using gentle movements we harmonize and balance our personal fields, tan tiens, deep pathways, meridians, and organs. Bringing these aspects of ourselves into harmony boosts vitality, balances emotions, and improves concentration. No experience is necessary. Wednesday Evening Practice
Each month, unless my schedule prohibits, we will meet the second and fourth Wednesday. This will be a combination of a simple standing form followed by either la chi or an inner alchemy practice.

During La chi we sit in a circle and, through the use of our inner focus, hand movement, and sounding, we cleanse and support our organ systems. If there is time, we extend this practice out to other parts or our body, our community, our planet, our universe.
During Inner Alchemy we sit quietly and let our movement be on the inside as we use our minds to guide the chi through various chi pathways in the body. These practices restore balance, harmony, and health to the energy body, organs, emotions, and thoughts. What I need from you? I need to know the day before if you are coming. That means “tell me by Tuesday”. Please reserve your space by Emailing me, texting me, or calling me (405-517-5819). The class size is limited so first come first served and if I need to, I will build a waiting list. This advance notice ensures an actual physical seat in the room for you. Knowing when the class is full will keep me from having to turn someone away at the door.
