Take a breath.
Come into your body.
​Get present with yourself.
Be in this moment.
Feel whether or not it is safe for you to be here.
If not, what is stopping that?
Is it physical pain or is it past experiences
that have stored their residue in your tissues and energy body?
Or are you truly sensing that your body is reading "no" for this situation?
Who would you be
if you could be fully present with yourself?
Who would you be
if you could embody your experience and let your body guide you into flow,
if you could feel your body know when to step forward into ease 
and when to turn you away from a situation that holds no benefit?
